Terms of Service

Crown Mobile Detailing LLC, a Nevada company ("Crown", "we"), books mobile car detailing. The work is done by independent detailers who take jobs through us. These terms apply when you message us or book with us, including through partner businesses whose bookings we handle.

When you message one of our Facebook Pages, our Instagram accounts, our phone number or our app, an automated assistant may reply on our behalf to answer questions, give prices and book your appointment. A person on our team reads these conversations and can take over at any time. Just ask if you'd rather talk to a person.

We only message you about your questions and bookings. Reply to say you want us to stop, or ask us to delete your data, and we will. See the Privacy Policy.

• A booking is confirmed once we've agreed on the service, day, time, price and address in chat.
• Prices depend on the vehicle and the service. If the vehicle's condition is very different from what was described, the detailer may tell you before starting and you can choose to go ahead or not.
• Please make sure we can reach the vehicle at the address you gave us.

You pay when the job is finished, by the methods we tell you about in chat. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we don't store your card number.

You can move or cancel a booking by messaging us. Please tell us as early as you can. If we need to move or cancel a booking because of weather or because no detailer can make it, we'll tell you as soon as we know and offer another time.

Tell us within 48 hours of the job and we'll work with you to make it right. Detailers take care with every vehicle; to the extent the law allows, Crown is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear, or for losses beyond the price you paid for the job.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada.
